Our primary offering is what we call recreational transcription. With experience in general transcription, medical transcription, and legal transcription, we understand how important it can be to have verbatim documents that capture all the content of your recordings. SENSITIVITY READING

A sensitivity read is important if you are writing a character or otherwise portraying a person outside of your own experience. Having someone with that life experience reading through your work before publishing can help catch red flags, inform you of any harmful stereotypes, and otherwise guide you on how you may more authentically and respectfully represent the community that person belongs to.For the time being, we are only able to provide sensitivity reading services that pertain to blindness and vision loss.Send us an email to discuss your writing and get a final price. By default, sensitivity reads cost $10 per written page with a minimum price of $50 per project, even if fewer than five pages. Pages will be counted at 12 point font, Times New Roman, single spaced, with 1 inch margins.All genres of fiction and material for mature audiences are acceptable.Email Us at [email protected]

ACCESSIBILITY CONSULTING

Do you make PDF files or mobile apps and want to be sure that blind consumers can access them with a screen reader? We can help you there as well. Simply send us an email to tell us about your project and how we can help. Our consultant will not fix your code or implement any changes, but rather give a thorough explanation of how your content appears to a person without use of their eyes and make educated suggestions on how you can improve that experience.
